Baked ziti and a fresh loaf of everything bread with garlic butter.

A couple of ladies who temporarily can't drive had dr appts in the same town where I go to get groceries. The appts were 4 hrs apart so in between I got non spoilable groceries (you never know how long a person might have to wait in a drs office).

So my evening meal was an Arby's sandwich with a slice of yellow tomato on it. Added a side 'dish' of Conn's no salt added potato chips, a glass of milk, and I'm feeling full and contented.

Leftovers. I made Italian meatloaf with wild mushroom sauce. I think I've finally found "the" meatloaf recipe for my taste. Thinking I'll made a meatloaf sandwich tonight (with a thick slice of onion).

We had sausage gravy over biscuits with a side of fresh broccoli. Easy and quick, but it's too hot to fuss in the kitchen today

All morning I prepped the vegetables for salsa and this afternoon Cheryl came and we have been canning salsa since. I am still canning. She and Kevin have gone into town to pick up food from Pizza Hut. I think baked pasta and a pizza. It is a bit warm and steamy in here right now with all the canning.

Home made Reubern sandwiches.. Grilled corned beef & swiss on rye bread, add a touch of thousand island dressing and a bit of saukraut,,,,Jewish Delli style dill spears on the side.

Gosh the Italian style meatloaf sounds right up my alley, as well as the Reuben.

Of course, any ole time for sausage and gravy over bicuits, is great comfort food.

Enjoy pork cutlets as well, and wish I enjoyed eggplant.

we had leftover prime rib that I brought home from work. DH had a salad with his.

Rotisserie chicken from Costco. Mashed potatoes, salad, corn and cranberry sauce.

Beef fajita's, guacamole, jalapeno's stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar cheese & topped with bacon pieces.

I've never ever had barley soup, but the croissants sounds good to go along with it.

Yummo prime rib and can't beat Costco's chicken.

Friend always brings Costco's shrimp salad to our potluck lunches and I love it.

egg/avacado/cheese sandwiches on toasted bread. Had some pizza rolls in the freezer, so I made those too..I'd come home from work and took a nap this afternoon, so didn't relaly feel like cooking

I made Thai peanut chicken, white rice and a garlic broccoli green bean stir fry. I also made chocolate chip peacan cookies but told my DH to hide them so I won't get to them. Ha!
