We are in the process of redoing entryway, kitchen, dining and hall flooring in our 1950’s ranch. Entryway, kitchen and bathroom are looking transitional-traditional with board and batten in the entryway, white cabinetry in kitchen, white subway tile, concrete color counter tops. In the living room, (380 sq feet,) there is a full wall of lannon stone fireplace with large casement windows that are stained medium cherry. We cannot figure out what color flooring would look best with the fireplace. We have considered Cassabella Asian Walnut Champagne or Cassabella Maple Cottage Suede. Taking the fireplace out is not an option. Any suggestions would be appreciated! (Ignore the furnishings they are temporary!)
