Odd theme gardens?

Between the "dinosaur garden" idea I stuck under the Mid-May bloomers (tannantonk's) post, and a couple other things I've dreamy up, I wanted to see if anyone else wants to play....

...so the question is, if you could design a theme garden, what would it be? We've heard of fairy gardens and Shakespeare gardens, and many botanic gardens have a zen/Japanese garden or some such.

I personally thought a "garden full of stars" would be fun, incorporating anything with a sun/moon/star name. Cosmos, sunflowers, moonflowers, pentas, a stargazer lily, a moon-and-stars watermelon (which would promptly be eaten by worms, but I digress), as well as a few otherworldly-looking flowers. Maybe a set of windchimes in star shapes or something for a little decor.

I had a couple other fun ideas for theme gardens (ah, if I only had the time to try them all out). Anyone else have something you've dreamt up along these lines?
