Tiger wood is often a factory finished product. And just to make things interesting, the name 'Tiger Wood' is not due to a species...it is a 'look' based on the heavy striation in the wood. Are you floors site finished (completely flat...no bevels/valleys between each and every plank)? Or were they factory finished? Can you show us a photo of your chosen marble for the counter tops?

lisamarie, the Wayfair table has a pretty cutout detail, which might not 'show' unless you leave it open. It 'breaks up' the tile angles. The Balisier was nice... Your third option had a furry ottoman on display -- you could have an item at the side too - plant, umbrella stand,..

I moved the light colored console back to under the mirror, along with the lamps that are usually on it. By the way, Flo, if I ever do decide to paint that console, what color did you have in mind? I have a couple of pieces of art that I wondered might work in the foyer. I can imagine the brass and glass shelves by the blue chair!
