Dr Huey or Multiflora for Zone 9B Los Angeles - Reviews?

Hello!

I am thinking of buying roses that are grafted on multiflora. I Live in Los Angeles, zone 9B. What rootstock does better in SoCal region? I was reading online and looks like multiflora doesnt do well in California (alkaline soil) and Dr Huey would be a better choice? Please help me! I have 0 info in this area.

Will multiflora do well here or should I go with Dr Huey? Also, is multiflora more prone to RRD?
