My Poor Babies are Dying!
Comments (23)Well I'm going to take all the leaves off in the morning and do as ya'll say. Wipe, spray, sand, and anything else I can think of to get these suckers under control. Please someone tell me that the bugs will not be this bad once we plant them outside. If you tell me they are going to be worse I may have to re-think having droves of brugs. I'd have to buy one of those power sprayers to spray everything. Oh geez, some of the situations I get myself into. Hot water from the sink sprayer will not HURT my babies? If you tell me it will not, I'm going to give them a good hot bath tomorrow too. (frowning) My poor little babies are going to look like plucked chickens when I get all the leafs off. (sticking out bottom lip) They were looking so nice with all their leaves before they started getting SICK. Thanks for the advise and comments everyone. At this point I up to trying ANYTHING! Happy Gardening, Marian Oh and Karma, isn't it kind of difficult to cross your toes? I think I forgot to tell you here awhile back how cute your little purple toes with all the toe rings on were.... Comments (14)Elderly cats do get kidney disease plus heart congestion, our 17 year old cat did and we gave medication, special foods and he hated it and was so thin. Talk about hard, I phoned and got an appointment and told my mom I did and started sobbing and she told me to cancel it. I did puzzled why? She said if its too hard, we won't do it. I said no, its time and I phoned back and my dad and I sobbed all the way there to the vet and then we had to wait while this lady had 4 cats to get checked and then it was our turn and the room they took us in was the same as they check the cats and there was others behind us and so it was a rushed goodbye and I didn't like that at all. We all sobbed and cried, he was my precious, I can still see him coming down the hallway upstairs in my parents place and him yelling his head off and I would say he needs his four hugs a day as he demanded them daily. He was my beloved and I miss him still alot and its been 6 years since we said goodbye. Its a huge gap in our lives when we lose our beloved pets, doesn't matter how little or how long they are with us, that bond is so deep and so strong. Comments (142)I can't believe no one has mentioned "Doggie"!!He wasn't around long I think Spike banned him over something...I just remember when his wife came in and posted that he had passed away suddenly...He wrote the most incredible poem...I'll share it with ya... "Doctor Time" When we lose a loved one and we're in despair Doctor Time is already there He's treating us all, we're unaware When our loved one is gone and on their way Doctor Time helps us move on day to day He treats the anger, grief and sorrow with a medicine he calls "Tomorrow" As the days, weeks and months go by we just look back and wonder why Such a beautiful person had to die But deep inside we feel okay We have lived to see another day He's calmed the anger, grief and sorrow, we took the medicine he calls "Tomorrow" Doctor Time has one thing to say Time heals all wounds day by day I remember he posted this poem to someone's post who had lost a loved one and he died shortly thereafter......See MorePost Office Mangled My Etsy Package...
Comments (19)It's not punishment for the seller, they are in business, but the person that paid for the item did not receive it. If the seller is a business person they have to take it up with their method of delivery, and packaging. It most definitely should not be the customer who paid that has to deal with this. Just as it would be handled if you bought from Amazon or any other legitimate business they are prepared for a certain amount of loss. I had a business for years and I certainly would not expect my good paying customers to have to pay and not get their order no I would replace the item immediately and I would take it up with my shipper who ever that was. I would never have expected my customers to take time out of their day to go try to find out what happened and run to the post office etc good grief no way. I ordered a tablet recently, it came to my house left at the door by the delivery company, the box was very crushed and when I opened it and the inner box glass came falling out. The entire screen was crushed. So you think I should have just eaten that cost? No way I contacted the company, sent pictures, they shipped out another one immediately and I sent them the smashed one. Then it's up to them to file a claim against the shipping company or postal service for recovery. This is not a unique situation it happens every day and if this etsy dealer doesn't know how to do business that's their fault. Never should it be the responsibility of the paying customers they did absolutely nothing to cause the event. How do you know that the package was well secured, properly packaged, which could well be the reason it was lost in transit because of shoddy packages. It could have been put in a plain paper envelope which would get caught in the machines, but nothing the customer did caused the loss. It is just the way to run a business basic 101. This is not your obligation share_oh to go to the post office and file a claim it's the sellers responsibility! You did your part you ordered and paid for a product that is the extent of your responsibility. If the merchandise does not reach you for any reason that is the sellers responsibility to solve, but never put out a paying customer and expect them to do the work of finding out why! It's very likely it occurred because of poor packaging....See Morebklyn citrus (zone 7B)
