Comments (22)And, I don’t want to make your head explode,,,but, there is a way to tie your front door colour and trim, even more closely to the brick. There is a tiny device ($55) which connects to an app on your phone. It actually measures the colour of the brick. it’s as quick as taking a photo. With a surface as varied as yours I would measure about 5 different bricks. get the average Hue angle to plot ot on the colour wheel. That makes it very easy to find paint colours to harmonise with it from the same Hue Family. Once you have that, you can find lighter/darker/warmer/cooler/more grey/ more colourful colours to work closely with ithe brick. Comments (6)@Beverly gave you a great idea to get rid of the boxy feel to the house. But yes, the foundation color is off. It should be creamy like the house, so paint that once the warmer weather comes around. The steps, in particular, really clash as people approach the front door, so that may be bothering you more....See Moretheresa b
