They all look lovely and appetizing too! My favorite, however, is the shrimps in morel sauce. Such a homely dish, but made so special with just the simple spokes of green (scallions?) changing it from a dish of food into something more.

No, jackfruit and durian aren't even vaguely related, except that they're both fruit.

Thanks agmss, as Colleen said, Jack fruit is not the same as durian. They are from the same area, taste very different. I used jackfruit for pulled pork for the fun because Jack fruit pulp is some time used for vegetarian pulled pork.
