Best way to process frozen unpeeled tomatoes?

I've got about 50 lbs of frozen tomatoes (packed in gallon freezer bags) in the garage - had to clean out my stuff from my parents' freezer before they leave for FL. Best way to handle these? I've never done frozen before. Put them on Low in Nesco to thaw, process through Victorio and put in stockpot(s) to cook on stove (or at least to keep warm so they don't separate, until the Nesco is empty and I can dump them all back in)? I think I'm going to have to cook this down for a bit, but if anyone has any tips for draining them without losing the clear juice (I'd like to save that for stock, or for drinking) and still thaw them safely (I know it will take more than 2 hours to thaw all these at room temperature!) I'd appreciate it.
