Help with backsplash and accent colors please?

My cabinets are white, the floors are hardwood (oak), the sinks are the black silgranit and the faucets brushed SS. The counter tops will be Formica's Perlato Granite...

The wall color is a pale, sage green...something like this>>>>> (sorry for the link...I couldn't figure out how to post the color sample)

http://www.colorcharts.org/ccorg/resources/colors.aspx?companyid=124426&lineid=824&cbn=6BUW-NGGQ-N539

The above decisions have been made. :) I had chosen a subway tile in a plain, matte cream color but I'm not in love with the idea. I think I might need more color on that end of the kitchen and I'd like something a little more interesting than the biscuit color. I'm not loving it with the white cabinets. The laminate against the paint color brings out "green" in its gray/cream/browny/"green" colors.

So, please help me out if you can. I'm stuck. Also, any input about accent colors would be really helpful. Thank you.

Pam
