I only like toile when there's too much of it. Having said that, I don't know that red/yellow toile in a green bedroom sounds terribly successful. I think I'd see how the brown/cream or green/brown ones looked.

Why not a toile for the curtains, bedskirt and a throw pillow as well as piping on the other two, with a plain coverlet and whatever bedding you like?

I wouldn't mix toile colors myself, but I doubt that Toile police will arrest you. I've linked to a site--not that I've ever ordered from them--that has a lot of little accessories in various toiles.

I've never seen two different-color toiles mixed on the same room --
But hey, so long as it's returnable, you could certainly try it.

I've seen yellow-base toiles that could be fabulous in a celery-green bedroom, and others that would be horrid -- so no help at all from me.

I helped a friend fluff up her house for sale. Her bedroom was a light green, almost a pale (not pastel) apple green. I had a red and cream toile dust ruffle and other red and cream toile remnants. We turned the dust ruffle into valances and upholstered an old headboard she had in the remnants. She had a light cream matelasse coverlet and something red that we fashioned as a throw over the foot of the bed.

I thought it looked pretty good when we got through. The red and cream toile with the pale green walls looked fresh.

I have to agree with ideefixe...no such thing as too much toile! I especially love the rooms where EVERYTHING has been covered in toile. However, I can't imagine two or more toile prints in one room.

I love toile and have it in my bedroom. Yellow walls with toile bedding, checked dustruffle and striped curtains - oh yeah, all in black and cream. Sometimes it drives me crazy that everything's black and cream, so I would say, try out a couple of colors together. Some suggestions on pulling this together:
1) use the same toile 'pattern' for both colors. This will keep it from clashing.
2) Say you use a red toile on the curtains and a yellow on the bedspread, tie them together with a checked bedskirt in yellow, red and green. Or plaid lampshades, - just something to tie all the colors together.
3) Buy everything at once and try it out, return it if you hate it. I think it could be absolutely beautiful and so colorful. Post pictures when you're done! :)

This is not toile, or even a bedroom, but could easily be toile and is the look I think you're going for.
