Not sure, I guess I'll pick something frozen out of the freezer. I have an awful lot of home made soups in there. In the meantime, I'm enjoying some Cranberry Lemonade. Not to advertise,just identify, it's made by Ocean Spray.

Johnny Macaroni and some canned peas. Mmmm, that Johnny Mac smells gooooood. Tapioca pudding for dessert.

I finished my spring cleaning today, sure glad that is done till the fall. Still raining-has been since Fri night. We do not need any more rain here. For dinner it was waffles & bacon, just bacon & english muffin for me, something easy today. I also made a boston cream pie, could never understand why they call it a pie when it is a cake, oh well it was good.

Very hectic afternoon! Headed out and car would not start.Very long story made short: Two kind neighbor men jump started the car, one went with me to Auto Zone, and battery was tested and needed a new one.

So after that, it was going on two and I went to IHOP, used part of my $25 gift card from MRI, and had their 2 x 2 x 2 Senior breakfast.

I had a meatloaf sandwich with onion and a bowl of cranberry beans.

It has been another beautiful day here in Ohio.

We're having taco salad. Not so much because it's Cinco de Mayo but because DH loves it and I will make enough for tomorrow night since I'm going out with the ladies tomorrow.

Beautiful day. Hubby cut the grass for the first time this year.
I made 4 loaves of bread and gave one away.

Dinner was potatoes and 2 sweet potatoes, cut in chunks and baked in a casserole dish with plenty of garlic cloves and olive oil. Baked until tender. My breaded chicken breasts, and broccoli.

Just for kicks I made 2 chicken thighs, using Jacques Pepin's method in the non-stick skillet. Supposed to taste like fried chicken (the skin side is browned, and the chicken cooked with the lid on). I wasn't overly impressed. Maybe I didn't do it right. :)

Meatless quiche with onions, spinach, and swiss. Tasted so good with fresh fruit on the side.

I made some really good cheese enchiladas for supper.......all the restaurants in our are were too crowded.
