Can I freeze vegetable Wellington?

Okay so tonight I made a terrific recipe from Melissa Clark's column in the NYT the other day -- a vegetable Wellington with puff pastry, butternut squash, and mushrooms. I'll put a link to it below.

Anyway, we only ate half of one of them. I will definitely eat the rest of the first one as leftovers. But we're going out of town Friday. Can I freeze the other one successfully? If so, how?
