I've got too much lobster (is that possible?)

I ran into the local grocery store this morning to pick up a couple things, and they had pre-cooked lobsters on sale for a ridiculously low price...someone must have over ordered big time.

Anyway, I went a bit mad, and now have 3 lobsters, 2 at 2 pounds a piece, and the other at almost 3.

It's a bit embarrassing, being a child of Maine, but I have little experience with lobster other than tossing live ones into a pot of boiling water and making a mess eating them with lots of drawn butter. My stepmother is big on lobster rolls, which for those of you not familiar with such a thing are basically lobster salad sandwiches.

They always seemed a bit of a waste to me.

I have two questions...

I figure to make a nice lobster bisque from the shells, and will probably toss a tail into the freezer until I get to that so I'll have bits of meat in my bisque.

For the rest, is lobster re-heatable? I mean, without losing the flavor? If not, all I can think of is a lobster cocktail or lobster Louie salad...do y'all have other suggestions??
