My favorite seafood restaurant serves Cajun LObster Bisque, that is to die for.

They are already cooked, right? If so...maybe serve a lobster cocktail before dinner with a zippy cocktail sauce. Or search the net for recipes, like lobster Neuberg-in puff pastry shells....delish! You can literally make any lobster dish by simply waiting & adding the cut up lobster at the very last 2 minutes-just long enough for it to heat through. I also would suggest if you have frozen it? Get a pot of water to a boil, put the thawed lobster in for 1 minute to heat, drain & add to your dish.ENJOY!

Lobster Fried Rice

2 cups cooked or canned lobster (chopped)
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked COLD rice
2 Tbsp. soya sauce
2 green onions and the tops chopped

Heat lobster in cooking oil in a deep fry pan, stirring about 1 minute. Add egg, salt, pepper and continue stirring until egg is in shreds throughout the lobster meat. Add cooked rice and stir about 6 minutes or until rice is thoroughly heated. Blend in the soya sauce and chopped onion. Serve hot.

Thanks Ladies! That Lobster fried rice looks good, but DH won't eat rice or lobster (what is wrong with that man?). The recipe I found on the net is for Lobster Fritters. It sounds really easy and I have all the ingredients. Since I did deep fried chicken wings for DH for Father's day, I still have the pot of oil. I'll do it on the BBQ to keep the fried oil smell out of the house. Here's the recipe:

Lobster Fritters

 1 1/3 cups flour - sift or stir before measuring
 2 teaspoons baking powder
 1/4 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon paprika
 1 egg, beaten
 2/3 cup milk
 1 1/2 cups cooked minced lobster meat
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine beaten egg and milk; stir in lobster. Add to dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot deep fat (370°) and fry until golden brown, about 4 to 6 minutes. Serves 4.

You might want to know that the lobster fritters were awesome! OMG! Absolutely yummy! Even DH, who doesn't like lobster, thought they were alright! My houseguest ate as much as I did and thought they were great! You guys gotta try them, though I'd wait till you got some lobsters real cheap, as it took 3 to fill the recipe.

Up in Maine, they serve cooked lobster meat on a big long submarine roll, with mayo on the side. Delicious!

When I was young and living in Hawaii, the couple in the next condo owned a fresh fish market on Oahu. He used to bring us lobster tails for $2.00 each. We would freeze them at times because we would buy so many. We would eat it like a snack. The good ole days... lol...

Gordon Ramsay makes Lobster spaghetti - seems pretty decadent to me...lol. Don't know the recipe off hand but it looked like he just substituted lobster for the ground beef in the sauce. Certainly got rave reviews...
