Help---I'm Flat and Ugly!

Hello everyone---I'm new to this forum and a relatively inexperienced bread-baker. Would like some help with a bread machine recipe that I made this morning. It seems to have turned out fine (my DH says it smells and tastes great) but it didn't rise into the nicely shaped dome-topped bread I've made with other recipes. The texture is fine---maybe a little moist but not doughy or undercooked. It's just flat (and ugly) on top. Do I need to add more yeast or use less liquid or perhaps more salt or sugar? I've added a couple tablespoons of gluten flour to other recipes and I wonder if that would help. Here's my recipe---it's a pizza bread recipe:

2/3 c. water

14 oz. pizza sauce

3 c. flour

1 tsp. garlic salt

4 tsp. sugar

2 tsp. yeast

1 c. grated cheese

4 oz. pepperoni slices

My version above has a little more cheese than the original recipe, I added the pepperoni, and I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder and regular salt. Where did I go wrong????

Thanks in advance!
