you would only have MSE if you went and downloaded it and installed it, the program does NOT come with windows. You would need to totally remove AVG when and if you do get MSE, as stated use the removal tool which you can find here. Antivirus Product Removal Tools Keep malwarebytes if that is actually what you have, it is difficult to know when you do not use the actual names in your post. What does this line that you posted mean??? "the malware small window at the bottom of my screen" are you referring to malwarebytes? or is it some rogue malware??? Tell us exactly what it is you see and what it goes to. Names of security programs are extremely important because the people that want to infect your computer with bad stuff create the bad stuff and put names on it that are very similar to real programs and if we do not know which you have well we can't really help. And zep is right the mini is not really meant to be a main computer it is small in every way not just size, it has a very small processor and since yours runs windows 7 it takes a lot to run that and the little mini will struggle. but you do need to tell us exactly what is slow, is it surfing the web, is it booting up, is it opening programs on it????

I didn't read the article, but for any closing I do, whether real estate, auto lease/purchase, etc. I ask for the figures ahead of time. I then make a spreadsheet with all the information and crunch all the numbers to see if they're correct. It's rare I've done one without a mistake, and of course, the mistakes are never to my favor. I bring the spreadsheet with me to the closing. Now, it's even easier. When I closed my construction loan in August, I brought my laptop to the closing, and caught another mistake. Don't rely on your real estate agent, attorney, bank, title company, etc. to catch these mistakes. You have to understand what all the numbers on the HUD-1 or other closing docs are before you sign. I found a locally owned store that sold Chelsea flooring that we just installed. What I liked about it was that I got a great floor made here in the US, and supported local business as well. I did have to make, at least for me, a huge compromise. I wanted walnut so bad, but it would have been at least $2,500 more. Wasn't in the budget. I still got the brand, but had to go with a darker ash hardwood flooring that is wire brushed. Do I like it as much? Not even close. But I got it for $5.35/sf (product only), in a combination of 3", 4" and 5" laid in a random pattern which turned out beautiful. I got a Home Show discount. I think I got a great deal.

I don't know what system..or Windows version...you have, Kevin...but I can offer a couple of suggestions. If you're trying to "fix" an error in your system...do a restore to an earlier version by using System Restore. That may solve the problem without much fuss and bother. Another tool to correct system issues would be to run a Command Prompt using it as Administrator. Go to Start>Accessories>Command Prompt and enter chkdsk C: /r [that's a small letter R after the forward slash] after your computer name as it appears. It'll tell you it can't run because the volume is in use and asks if you would like to schedule it to run the next time your system restarts. Click on the "Y" and hit enter. Then restart your system. This tool will scan your system and depending how much you have on your system...it may take a while. I keep my own system very slim and sleek...and this scan has taken over an hour when I have used it. Beyond these two suggestions...to offer more help...more information is needed from your end. For example...what has necessitated this request. You can always go to Start and enter "data" in the search box. That will bring up a myriad of tools/suggestions. Good luck.
