This beautiful ocean-front holiday home in the Canadian maritime province of Prince Edward Island needed a little update. By removing the stone fireplace between the dining and living areas, it allowed the great view to be appreciated from the kitchen as well. Painting the panelled ceiling white made the space airier and brighter. A better-functioning crisp white kitchen, updated bathrooms with new tiles and paint, modern farmhouse furniture and new lighting complete this makeover which was all done remotely.
