Transplanting established/mature poinciana tree

Hi Guys, apologies if this is not the right place to ask but i am looking for some advice. I am renovating my front yard and have a raised area between my house and the street held by a retaining wall. The distance between the wall and house is about 10 metres. i am working with a plumber to upgrade storm water and drainage as well as a landscaper and horticulturist to put in root barriers for a poinciana to avoid damage to the walls, plumbing or house. I have a friend who is wanting to give away their poinciana which is well established with a thick, pronounced and dark trunk and nice canopy which i wanted to transplant and put in my yard. (photo is included). The tree is about 4.5 m tall and about 4m wide (we will use a pilot and escort to transport) i didnt want to buy one in a pot from a nursery and we are needing it to be established to provide shade right away. I have a semi trailer with a large crane that will move the tree. my questions for any experts on poinciana are:

1) How much of a rootball should be taken with a mature poinciana like this

2) Can poincianas of this size be transplanted succesfully in QLD? I live in Brisbane

3) Is there any other tips of advice that anyone can share about transplanting a poinciana of this size
