Paint Exterior Design Dilemma

Please help with exterior paint colors

We just bought this fixer upper that has zero curbside appeal. So much work to be done; but first, will be paint. The roof is a reddish brown and wont be replaced anytime soon. The windows have just been replaced (since this pic was taken). They are a white vinyl (not my first choice but were within budget). Between the dark, modern garage door and the stark white windows, I’m having a very tough time deciding on colors. I’d really appreciate any color suggestions as I have a painter lined up for next week. And btw, yes, I realize it needs so so much more such as landscaping, front door….

Can you paint the white windows? I like the garage door to be the same color as the house. Here are a lot of ideas from HOUZZ. https://www.houzz.com/photos/query/modern-exterior/nqrwns I would take a look at the neighbors houses and see what they did (if they also have modern houses). Pick either contrasting or similar colors. Consider soft taupe for house with white trim. Paint garage door same as house. Then accent color for front door.

Since you've got another post I'll give my suggestions again. Maybe a photoshop guru can help. These are all Sherwin Williams colors. First is body color and second is trim. Third is door color. I think alot of these could work with a plum door like SW Raisin or a deep blue like SW Maritime or Naval or orange. I like your current colors as they coordinate with the roof. If you want to change to Sandy Hook Gray it looks like it would also coordinate with the brown roof. Not Rockport though.

Thank you Houssan for the Fieldstone idea. I tried it this afternoon. It looks good. it was a beautiful day today on Cape Cod. Plenty of sun. I painted Fieldstone on all four sides of my house and I really liked it. What a nice feeling after 14 other colors. I was happy with the front of the house that gets very little sun. Would you use the simply white on the trim around the windows? Or should I try to match the color white from my windows. Thanks for all your answers. Everyone!!

Maybe paint or limewash the brick (look into pro’s and con’s) and paint the house the same shade. https://www.greysnaildesigns.com/limewash-your-brick-house With your roof’s color, perhaps a dark grey or black front door and garage would work well.

A gray/green (sage) shade can work well with a red/brown roof. Also looks nice with white trim.

Different style house but shows how the colors can work.

Ineed a pic as it is now . Sorry but white windows were not a good idea so we need to see the house as it is.This is a color scheme that might work along with the landscaping I love the garage door
