Need options for flooring for my kitchen/dining/living area.

We have removed all the flooring in our newly purchased kitchen/dining/living room as well as the upper cabinets, old lighting, AND wood stove, taking the gray flagstone floor back to just the entrance. We now need to put in new flooring. The hallway has LVT in Pergo Outlast Paradise Jatoba. My question is, considering the vaulted cedar ceiling (that we are keeping natural), can we continue this flooring through the large great room? Our concern is that would be too much wood color. If we can continue this LVT through the living/dining room, what options could we entertain for our kitchen. Same (there is an entrance from the flagstone area into the kitchen--not shown--on the left of first picture)? Porcelein tile? Porcelein tile-looking LVT? Something else? Another option we're considering for the entire area is Allen & Roth LVT in Telluride Oak, but again, worry about an overload of wood. I've attached pictures of the areas. Any help would appreciated.
