Comments (6)If the headboard isn't overpowering and a statement in itself, I'd go ahead and put lightweight art above... even though I don't live in earthquake country, I'd be nervous about anything heavy up there. Agree with arcy, I wouldn't want to have anything so low as to be hitting my head on anything over the bed when sitting up in it. So a photo of the bed would be great....See MoreAbove bar wall decor
Comments (5)The stools don't really compliment the other design choices. You mentioned liking coastal styles, but that bar area reads more rustic and industrial. I agree that no one will want to sit and face a wall, but if there's a pool table nearby it might be a nice spot to place drinks. What will the area mainly be used as? Comments (1)It looks amazing already, it really does!!! In front of the radiator you can do a bench. But other than that leave it empty. Add some art that speaks to you. What do you like? Big family photo? A painting? Maybe just a mural art with molding around it to frame it out... so many options. I’d also add some new pillows with more color.
