narrow low hallway:white or natural interior closet and bedroom doors?

We are renovating a midcentury modern and intent on keeping the vibe and as much detail as possible. The style of the original house is natural wood doors, but we have one 13.5' hallway with 7' ceilings (the low ceiling there is our sacrifice to accommodate the HVAC, rest of the ceilings are very high). This hallway has, literally, 6 door openings: 3 bedrooms, a guest bath, a backdoor to the outside, and a linen closet.

MCM style notwithstanding, I'm feeling that wood doors with white walls there would look nuts. Your thoughts? And if we go white in this space, should we continue white doors throughout.

This is a small house overall, 1900 square feet, and my sensibility is that white doors would look better, EVEN if it violates the esthetic of MCM.

See hallway layout attached --your thoughts? How should we handle this situation?
