Not a fan of the black/white as it looks too stark based on your limited photos of the bathroom. Would a round rug give you more coverage? Is the shower tile the same as the flooring?

Personally I prefer the Indian type print because of its colors. The black-and-white looks too random with your current colors.

You could look for a very light tan or beige-y that would blend well with your brown and rust scheme. A big round one.

Yes the tile is the same everywhere. I tried an 8-foot round blue rug but didn’t like it and gave it away.

Was it the shape you didn't like or the color & design? Have you tried a warm dark gray?

I like the black and white the best. I think it brightens up the floor and takes you away from the Tuscan feel.
