Mourning the loss of lemon . . .

Hubs does not like lemon, so I rarely make anything with lemon anymore. I miss it. Yes, I can make it just for me, but that's twice the work and twice as many leftovers to not get eaten fast enough. Just saw this lemon butter sauced, cheese and bread crumb stuffed fish recipe today from Lidia Bastianich, I could even imagine doing it with chicken. Just crying over squeezed lemons . . .

I guess I could make it with white wine . . . i don't know if he likes that either. He's not crazy about vinegar either, and doesn't like sweet and sour. All tastes i love.
