Support post through quartz breakfast bar - how to minimize seams?

OK, before everyone tells me to re-engineer without the support post, I am in the 2nd floor of a 5 story condo. So I can't add a beam and redistribute loads without potentially re-engineering the whole building as I have 3 floors above me and 1 + underground garage below me that I would have to account for.

We're opening up our kitchen to have a peninsula (island but with a wall at the end) and there is an existing support post in the wall we can't avoid.

How do I minimize the seams for the quartz around the post?

I've attached a drawing so you can imagine the piece of quartz being a backwards letter "C" (not curved obviously) with the range in the center.

I've also included a photo of sort of how I hope it'll look protruding from the counter.

(this photo the seams were probably easier since it appears the post is all the way at the edge)
