Rose cuttings rooted in water -- advice, please?

Normally, I propagate rose cuttings in a light mix with perlite, using rooting hormone with the soda-bottle cloche. But -- I had a couple of cuttings I intended to root and, uhhh, forgot about for a few weeks, and now I see that they've sent out roots in the jar of water they've been holding in.

I know, or at least have read, that's it's difficult for a cutting to go successfully from water roots to soil roots. Can any of you give me any tips as to how to proceed from here? The two cuttings look good.
