Stained Glass in Bathroom Condensation???

Storybook Home
Looking to get stained glass for the large window above my bathtub (3.5ftx3.5ft). I’m not replacing my brand new (new construction) window, but rather wanted an insert. Originally I had planned on a removable one so it could be cleaned. The stained glass artist explained it would be MUCH to heavy for that and it would be a permanent install. I’m assuming with molding and caulking so somewhat ‘air tight’? Will that cause any problems? Will condensation build up behind the insert (between insert and window) and cause mold? Should I ask if she can do a sort of hinged shutter style install so it can still be opened for cleaning (though the line down the middle will impact design choices). This isn’t really my area so I don’t even know what I don’t know. What’s standard for this kind of thing?
