Engineered hardwood floors under $5/sf

last modified: 6 years ago

I need to buy about 4,000 sf of engineered hardwood floors under $5/sf. I realize that my budget is not ideal but it is what it is at this point.
I would love to get your recommendations because I’m literally going down the rabbit hole trying to find it myself on the web.
Here are my preferences: 1/2” thick, 3mm veneer, 5”-7” wide, and variable length up to 4’ or longer. I’m not a big fan of the heavy distressed look or the barn like oak wide planks. One of my favorite floor example is this:

Farinelli Construction Inc · More Info

That’s a highly custom floor and there’s no way I could get even close with my budget but I’d love to try with your help. As you can see from the image, we aim for a mid tone (brown with some red) stain with some texture and moderate variation. Thank you!
