House remodel - flooring color

Hi, we're in the process of a complete update of our house (in California): all floors, paint cabinets (instead of replacing), update hardware, new appliances, new hardware, etc. So, we kind of have a clean slate (only constraints are really style of house, existing granite, and window shutters (off-white unfortunately). Our big dilemma right now is on floors. We're going engineered hardwood after lots of debate and keep going back to California Classics Mediterranean line 9.5 inch planks (also considered the Provensa Tresor 9.5 in planks and Villa Caprisi 9.5 in planks)

Any thoughts or opinions on flooring color? We're currently leaning towards California Classics Mediterranean 9.5" Bellet, but very torn. We want something light, with some warmth. Previously had tile and a darker hardwood. House is a 'Mediterranean' style house with stucco exterior, big rooms, two story. So we don't want to go with a modern look but want to look current and fresh.

btw: main kitchen cabinets will be painted a warm white (TBD...white dove, cloud white, and simply white are all contenders and island will be painted a dark gray or gray/blue (TBD as well). We are also considering changing counter from granite to quartzite (Taj Mahal leading contender), but I don't think that will materially change any decisions as that one has similar tones as our existing counter, just more muted.

See pictures for existing granite, sample of floors (one with our granite sample, that has paint colors on it too :-). Any input would be greatly appreciated on floor selection! (especially if anyone has input on California Classics Mediterranean line and the Bellet color!). Other input welcome as well :-)
