Regarding the BCC when you click 'Forward' you then click on the tiny word 'To' beside where you place your address and your address book drops down listed on the left side and on the right side are spots for 'To', 'CC' and 'BCC'. If you want everyone to have a copy highlight the first address, hold down the 'Shift' button and tap 'End' - beside the Delete button - then click the BCC tab. To select a few highlight the first one, hold down the CTRL (or Control on some keyboards) and click on those you want to have the email. Release the buttons on completion and click BCC. In both cases click OK to send the addresses into the address bar.

I have used on board email since 1996 with no problems except one time a few months ago when Cox crashed. They managed to save my messages so I lost nothing. I have tried Yahoo and Gmail for disposable accounts and had problems with both. I don't think the trouble was caused by me, but even if it was I don't have a problem with my server's email or with WLM which I use for my servers mail. I have 3 email accounts with my server and all come through WLM and are visible. Online I would have to log in to one, log out then log in for the second, the same for the third. I think it was the same with one of the online email software, but not sure.

Someone asked this previously and as I recall no solution was found. I just asked google about this problem and found this solution: The Send Items.dbx file has reached the file size limit (2 GB) that the Outlook Express can handle it. After send the email, OE can't copy to Send Items folder the mail that was send, and the mail stills at the Outbox folder. All my steps to solve this problem: - To backup mails inside the Send Items folder, i create a new folder and copy all mails to this new folder; - Exit Outlook Express; - Delete Send Items.dbx file; - Start Outlook Express (OE Will create a new, and empty, Send Items.dbx file). Outlook Express is a free email program produced by Microsoft. Sounds like your original program might be corrupted, so you could try downloading a clean version (it's free). Hopefully the new version will copy across all the messages and addresses from your old version (fingers crossed), but it's a good idea to print out anything you might miss if it were lost. Then you can download the version of Outlook Express that suits your operating system (Windows or Mac). Many sites offer Outlook Express for downloading, incuding MS itself (www.microsoft.com).
