Welcome to the forum. I take it you mean an email inside and email that is also inside an email? Aren't those infuriating? And these folks are supposed to be our friends sending us something to brighten our day :rolleyes:

When you get to the final one that is the time to click the Forward button and address it to your contacts.

Be sure to remove the Fw: and all those pesky addresses from the previous senders too plus the anti virus comments off the bottom. I always use BCC so there are no addresses showing except my own and that is there because one ISP refuses to deliver mail with no address in the address bar.

I wish more people would ask that question and do what is suggested. I get so many emails that have to be clicked several times. Some I have instructed still will not clean up their forwards.

Thanks for the quick answers. Remember, I said my brain was slow to connect, so, how do I remove the previous addresses? I use Outlook Express, I see Cc, not bbc.

Chiggerperson. Open up a "reply" or "create new mail"
click on "View" at the top. Put a Check mark by "all headers" That should do it. We're all dense on different things, so it's wise to ask. Don't be bashfull. There's some pretty savvy ones on here that will help you. Grady

I delete the old addresses by putting the cursor/arrow at the beginning of the old addresses on the one I am starting to forward. After you hit "Forward", Hold the left hand clicker down and move the mouse left to right and down untill all the addresses are highlited. Then hit delete key on keyboard. Only works AFTER you hit "forward" and you can do the same to clean up the junk on the bottom. I think I have it right. Grady

Regarding the BCC when you click 'Forward' you then click on the tiny word 'To' beside where you place your address and your address book drops down listed on the left side and on the right side are spots for 'To', 'CC' and 'BCC'.

If you want everyone to have a copy highlight the first address, hold down the 'Shift' button and tap 'End' - beside the Delete button - then click the BCC tab. To select a few highlight the first one, hold down the CTRL (or Control on some keyboards) and click on those you want to have the email. Release the buttons on completion and click BCC. In both cases click OK to send the addresses into the address bar.
