Something Great! A new Great grand son today!

I just got the news our oldest grandson and his wife had our third great grand baby today. A big boy at 9lbs 11 oz and 21 inches long. His name is Wade. It was a bit scary because he was not breathing at birth it took some time to get him breathing but they say he is fine. It was a c section birth. Both are doing well now. He doesn't look very happy at the moment...

Comments (28)Not sure of the value of posting to an 8 year old thread. But before doing any online plant ordering, it is wise to check out the vendor. Gurney's gets terrible ratings from the Garden Watchdog, a mail order/online nursery customer review clearinghouse.....more negative reviews than positives (poor plant quality, dead plants, mislabeling, bad/nonexistant customer service). With fruit trees in particular, it is important to know which types of fruits and which varieties of those fruits will do well in your climate. Comments (13)ronbre: You know that is exactly what I thought as well. It looks just like the other chair with the Oak and walnut stain. I checked the chair bottoms again just now and it actually does say Oak, Walnut just like the earlier one I had. Go figure. Since I got on CL, I really don't know if PB changed the chairs at some point from Oak to Maple or both sellers forgot what type they bought and checked the PB website. They no longer make an Oak, Walnut chair and it does look closest to the Maple, Mahogany. In a way it's a fortunate coincidence since I never would've bought the second chair if I knew they were the same (stickers were in a different spot)--but the swivel mechanisms are so much smoother on these new chairs....See MoreAm I a Great, or a Grand?

Granduncle/grandaunt and grandnephew/grandniece are equivalent to great-uncle/great-aunt and great-nephew/great-niece. Both great-uncle and granduncle refer to an uncle of one's father or mother. Our first great grandson Wyatt holding his baby brother Wade. I am prejudiced but I think Wyatt is a doll.
