Hi Dave! Pretty pics and pretty felines. :) I'm partial to red tabbys. I always 'hurt' for the ferals/strays and wish they could've known care and love all their lives. It's good when someone can gather these ferals for neutering and spaying. Some communities provide these services for the volunteers willing to do the capturing and returning.

Just thinking about you this morning. Don't second guess your decision (I put a 10 yo horse down and did for a while). It was the best for him and like someone said - odds are he would have been in great discomfort all his life. Surgery is not always a cure all for problems like this. Hugs, Kathy
