Check out Fern Michaels Sisterhood Series, It is light reading that makes you cry one minute then laugh. I have them all in hardback, but you will have to look for paper back now. You can get the series list on Fern Michaels site. It starts with a tragedy, but gets lighter in the second book. It is about women who have fallen through the legal cracks and the perps got away. The women find them and make them pay, but they do not kill. There were suppose to be 7 but there have been 20 something now. Her fans won't let her quit. LOL Her God Mother series is good also.

I was really hoping it would all be gone , The doc kept saying that the transplant should give me a few more years. a few more years? I was hoping for WAY more than a FEW more years! Oh well, one day at a time I guess! lol . this cancer is stubborn! The doctor said that the insurance company has 5 days to do approvals. They have been paying for things on the way to the transplant, so I am pretty sure they will approve the procedure. I have a blood clot around the port, which I guess is quite common. So I have to give my self two shots a day of a blood thinner. I had my debit card out to pay the copay, then I saw the balance and had to change it to my charge card! OUCH... lets just say I'm gong to voluntarily give my state a dollar or two when I go buy a lottery ticket! LOL wish me luck! LOL the caregiver situation is still stressing me out. I have to live in Seattle for a while and need someone to live with me. DH is 100% commission and gets no help from the bosses at work. He will be with me for a week or so and weekends, DS just had a job interview yesterday, but that doesn't mean he got the job (but who wouldn't hire such a cute guy!? lol) And the social worker has a list of agencies where you can hire a babysitter, but said most people can't afford that as they are very expensive. But I'm sure we will get it all worked out. sorry for the TMI! LOL... just stressing.. thanks for the positive vibes! :D

Stephanie, by seeing Adam's rose you know what yours will look like in a few years. It's definitely a gorgeous rose in every way. The additional pictures and info have convinced me even more that I have General Schablikine, since he seems to sport only green canes, although at the moment there are no extreme baby canes. I'm sorry to say that he doesn't have much more room to grow where he's located, but sufficient unto the day. He's wedged in among Aloha, Evelyn and Plum Perfect, and I recall doing that when Plum Perfect looked as though it wouldn't make it. The roses do like to fool you.
