Comments (4)The leaves do look healthy but the roots and p-bulbs look badly dehydrated. It is as if this plant has never been watered properly in its life. Cutting off all the dead roots will not leave anything to hold the Catt in place in the new mix. Mind you I am of the opinion that one can grow anything in anything but I don't go against the grain just to go against the grain. Potting Catts in straight sphag is going against the grain. A bark mix in clay or plastic is standard for these and in the right light and with the correct watering they will thrive. This time of year the right light should be found outside and everyday watering in the size of pot that you will end up with (~5") will not be too much. Comments (4)Not sure if this will help but we are planning a party for our DD's upcoming graduation from college as an X-ray Tech. Maybe you can revise this to use for your situation. I added some clip-art in the form of a skull x-ray with a graduation cap on it and some books and a diploma but didn't include them on here as I'm not sure they would show up. Hopefully, you can find your own clip-art if you need it. dd Her Name ___________________________ Will receive her Diploma in Medical Radiologic Technology From S.A.I.T. Comments (29)Thank you so much everyone! Don't forget, you can vote once a day until April 22nd. Alisande, I've heard that nickname as well and have even been a victim. :-) Nicole. you go girl!!! Thanks. Susanjf, here is the zoo's history... The OC Zoo traces its roots back to 1905 when Red Foxes were introduced in the Irvine Park Region. A small collection of animals started in 1920 by a Tustin rancher and featured a pair of pet mule deer. An alligator exhibit was the chief attraction until a bird exhibit adjoining the deer pens was added in 1935. The current modern zoo officially opened in 1985 as the Irvine Park Zoo and has since changed its name to the OC Zoo. The zoo is owned, staffed and operated by the County of Orange. The zoo is in the same area I do many of my hikes. Jodi-...See MoreBILL V. -- I need your expertise, pretty please...
Comments (5)After I posted I thought maybe I should elaborate a little. You COULD cut the pieces to size, and then have a stone shop bullnost them for you, but that means waiting for the shop to do the work, not to mention the added cost. lightenup's way is alot quicker, and will pretty much do just as nice a job. lighten up-- I gotta say-- I love the name!! :-)...See More- 13 years ago
