Thanks for posting this. dh bought me one last year. Fortunately when the handle broke no one was hurt but I did just toss it. IIRC I made a comment at the time about it being Made in China. I will keep everyone who was hurt in my prayers. Burns can be very painful.

That does look good, and a drop or two of green food coloring would make a nice green and red Christmas backdrop, if you don't mind the "consuming dye" thing. Really, though, how could whipped cream possibly make a bad pie? (grin) Annie

These sound really good and my husband loves lemon anything so I will make these and gain a couple of pounds eating them. I'll use dried cranberries but plump them in some warm water for a few minutes. I do have a question = I'm assuming I should use a brick of cream cheese rather than the soft tub? but that low fat brick would be ok?
