What to do with the juicy bits.

I am seeding and peeling 28 pounds of tomatoes from the farmers' market today. Most will become Annie's salsa. Seeding the tomatoes into a container has yielded a large amount of juice and the as well as the meaty bits attached to the seeds. After straining the seeds is there anything creative to do with this juice? A soup? Something?
