need help fast! pizza dough rising in fridge..

Yikes! I made pizza dough this morning and thought I'd let it rise in the fridge, planning to use it either Friday or Saturday. Usually, I just let it rise in the mixing bowl but since I was planning on using the mixer again and I only have one bowl for it, I hurriedly grabbed a bowl out of the cupboard, covered it with plastic wrap and shoved it in the fridge. Of course, I came home from work to find that the bowl chosen in haste really wasn't quite large enough and the dough has already risen to the top and is pushing on the saran.

I'm not using this dough until Friday night at the earliest. Do I ignore it and leave it covered like it is, hoping it doesn't explode? :) Is it ok to transfer it to another bowl even though it will deflate? It is doubled in size. All opinions welcome!
