Who watches Puppy Bowl

I'm not a fan of the Super Bowl but I sure love watching Puppy Bowl. The Dogs/Cats are wonderful players..lol lol

Me too!! I watch the puppy bowl every year. I love the commentary and the water bowl cam. I feel sorry for the field maintanence person LOL

I always enjoy this, however they've changed it the past couple of years. Instead of just letting the puppies do their thing, there's lots of commentary ect. The Water Cam is so cute.

Oh.My.Gosh! That does it....I'm booking a flight! I gotta help Digger hold that passel of puppies. I love the one that's tromping on his sister's head. They are all soooo cute and obviously well fed. Keep taking those pics and torturing us. Oh, and can you pick me up at the airport? lolol

Joyful, I think it would have been about 6:30 PM starting time Eastern. I had no interest in it this year. This year it was one of those games where I would like to see both teams lose. I didn't even turn on the TV until about 9PM. I went to Menards and picked up a bunch of bargains. I knew it would be a good time to go to the stores. When I was in retail it would be packed until the game starts then pretty empty. I didn't get going until about 6 and when I pulled into the lot I thought, oh shoot, they must close at 6 on Sundays instead of 8 as I thought! But no, it was that empty. Took me until closing time to get everything, get checked out and a couple of the employees helped me get the rebate slips and then one of the employees helped me bring the stuff to my vehicle and load it! Granted it was so he could bring the cart back in - obviously they wanted to get finished and go home - can't blame them for that. He was real friendly. Said I was one of "about 10 customers" in there this evening! I told him I used to be in retail and knew it was a good time to shop. And AFAIC the commercials have gotten worse over the years so it's not worth watching for them. Plus you usually see them played over and over on the news the next few days and I suppose if there's a good one someone will be posting a few threads on it and I can watch it on the internet! :)

I watched some of it. I miss the old Puppy Bowls where for three hours they just turned a bunch of puppies loose and the only human was the referee who made only certain calls (i.e "Holding!" "Unnecessary Roughness" "Touchdown!" and clean up on the field) instead of plugging breath mints. No hamsters, no pigs, no bird, and no commercials every 10min. I did notice quite a few Pit Bull mix puppies this year. The mini Aussie was new, I've seen these pups advertised in our local paper once or twice and wondered what they might look like.

CB it's on Animal Planet channel. Central time it starts at 2:00 but they show it several times during the evening.

I love puppies, but never heard of the puppy bowl. In any event, I am anxiously awaiting the real thing. GO PACKERS!!!!

LOL we LOVE the puppy bowl in this house! my girls love watching it and i always DVR it too so we can replay it lots :-) my sandy even likes the kitty half time show, she loves cats, she's special hehehe... we always DVR/watch the dog shows too, sandy thinks they are going to keep on walking right out the side of the TV and she stands there looking for them lol. it's good entertainment for my girls and my dh hates sports, he's a sports widow :-/ ~ liz
