I'm glad the 2nd doctor gave you more hope. I can't understand why the 1st doctor was so vague. Attitude is 80% of the fight. With no optimistic outlook, it looks grim. Glad you got a better outlook from the 2nd doctor. Continued prayers DFN and RGWNP

I am glad she got some good news and I am sorry DFN has been ill since her hysterectomy.

Both my sisters were diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer - one was given one month to live and she is still with us almost 20 years later. You have to always believe there is hope.

I'm so very sorry to hear of dfn's difficult recovery, and especially of the poor bedside manner of her first doc. (Might be worth a complaint.) How wonderful to hear from her second doc that things are not so gloomy as was implied! I too was thinking of her this week and wondering how she was doing, so thank you for checking in.
