A lot of hassle trying to find a bowl to fit and whatever you find isn't going to change the look of the fixture in a substantive way. I would leave it be or replace entirely with a probably larger light fixture. Thank you both for responding. So we decided to just replace all the lights in the home! It definitely needed to be updated. Will try and sell the island chandelier as is but the foyer light I’m keeping for now in the basement hung off the rafters lol.

Those fixtures seem to me to be too fancy for an acoustical ceiling. Purchase replacements in a bronze finish.
