I "invested" in some Le Mystere bras, ordering them online, and was a bit shocked at how "big" they seemed due to the molded cups. I love the way they make me look but I was also worried about storing them without crushing them. At Victoria's Secret, they store additional bras in drawers stacked horizontally with the cups on top of each other. I don't have the drawer space so I have mine stacked on a closet shelf. It seems easier for me to find the color I want and put the stack back on a shelf rather than a drawer. What do you use to hand wash your bras? Do they really get clean? I've been soaking mine in a shampoo solution.

I watched the videos. I'm always curious to try new things, but I think I'll pass on this one because I imagine it is hard to get on over the head and it could be hot. They say it does not roll up at the bottom, but it did for Ravencajun and probably would for me as well. In the video of the women wearing the not-Geni bras, in some cases they had the wrong size, needed to adjust the straps, or needed to bend over into the bra to get "everything" in.

Kathi, you are right, where did the years go. When I stop to think about my age it doesn't seem possible. I still think the same way I did in my early years. Thankful that both my husband and I have both made it through this many years. My mother is in her 90's and still lives alone. So I am trying to pretend 70's are my teenage years. Your first post got me to thinking about using softer knits for underwear, and the patterns the next poster, jomuir, told me about, could use the softer. My next brainstorm was making childrens underwear. It took DH and I this many years to have our first grandchildren, 4 months old, and 2, so I am also thinking of sewing for them. Don't you love the hanes sports bra. That is my gardening bra. So comfortable. Thanks for responding. I will post the rest of the story, when I figure out which project that I want to start first. The Jan Bones site was a great place to start. Easy works good for me.

Grab you 20% off coupon and purchase. Try one on at home and see for yourself if they might be for you. Cost for me was $16 for the two bras! If not for you, simply return with your receipt. The only downside is that they are only available in packs of nude and black. Also, the size Small is not available. Only size Medium and larger are available in the stores, so if you want a white bra, you'll likely have to order from the web-site, although this way, you can clearly determine your size. I am small-busted (34 B) and purchased a size Medium because the smaller size wasn't available. Loved it and it seemed to fit just fine. Went back the next day and purchased another two-pack with another coupon from the Sunday paper. Can't be beat! So comfortable. They come with removable pads for better coverage, but is up to you and your preference whether or not to remove the pads. Remove the pads before laundering, however! There are several reviews on this bra at this website - well worth a look.
