High Gluten Flour question

Unfortunately thanks to Ann T I got sucked into pizzamaking.com. I still can't make a great pizza but based on several recommendations I somehow ended up with a 50 pound bag of King Arthur's Sir Lancelot flour. (Buying a 50lb bag from a bakery supply was barely more expensive than mail ordering a 3lb bag from KA.)

So aside from make a lot of pizza, what can I do with it? Is a high gluten flour a suitable substitute for bread flour? Or would I need to make adjustments? Where can I use it without worry, and where should I definitely not try to use it?
