A friend has a 13-14 year old boy who professes an interest in cooking.

At least he likes Iron Chef and shows like that. Mostly he does

cupcakes and cakes out of boxes and eggs etc.

I would like to get him a book that would be interesting, not hard and

inspiring for his gender an age.

Anyone have any ideas? Should I ask on the book list?
