I am SO looking forward to Easter dinner

I love to cook, and have learned so much from this forum. Seeing the posts about ham glazes, etc. made me sit down and make a menu for Easter dinner.

1. Smithfield ham, glazed with orange juice and our honey

2. Asparagus from our garden with a light butter sauce

3. salad of mixed garden greens with a few herbs thrown in and a garnish of thinly sliced radishes (again, all from our garden)

3. Rosemary potatoes (rosemary from our herb garden)

4. Deviled eggs from our hens (they don't lay them that way, I have to hard-boil and do the rest!)

5. home made crescent rolls

6. A light orange souffle for dessert, compliments of Florida!

I love Easter, such a happy, renewing holiday, especially when the spring garden helps you along!
