If my allergies are any indication, I’d say spring is right around the corner. Despite the sneezing, this is actually a favorite time of the year for me. The weather is getting warmer, and green things are sprouting like mad from the ground and trees. These fresh yellow-green hues are equally uplifting inside the home. Whether you favor bold chartreuse or prefer your yellow greens on the softer side, check out these stunning examples of spring greens used in bathrooms.
This lovely leafy green bathroom exudes a happy springtime vibe. It’s also a fantastic example of how to use color in a space that allows for flexibility to accommodate future color trends. The countertop and flooring are in neutral hues that won’t feel dated anytime soon, whereas the walls, linens and decorative accessories bring in the bolder, more on-trend colors. Changing out the latter won’t break the bank if the homeowner’s color preferences shift.
For a similar green, try Candy Green from Benjamin Moore.
Note: Due to differences in how interiors are lit and photographed, as well as how computer monitors are calibrated, the colors you see in these swatches and photographs may differ slightly from the actual colors. It’s always a good idea to view actual paint swatches from the manufacturer or, better yet, evaluate a large painted sample of the color you’re considering before finalizing your selection.

A great trick for keeping tile costs down in a bathroom is to limit the tile to wet areas, where waterproof finishes are required, then select a coordinating paint color for walls in the dry areas. This unifies the wet and dry areas and avoids the unfinished look that can occur when tile is used in small chunks. I actually appreciate, and prefer, the mix of tiled and painted walls in this colorful space.
For a similar green, try Lime Spritz from PPG Pittsburgh Paints.
This sophisticated bathroom features an interesting mix of colors and design styles. I like the contrast between the fresh and light spring green of the tub against the darker, heavier greens of the wallcovering.
For a similar green, try Nursery Green from Pratt & Lambert.
Perk up a predominantly white or gray bathroom with a zesty citrus green. The lime-colored cabinetry in this sleek bathroom is such a playful component that adds so much personality to the space. It’s a nice departure from the typical white-painted or natural wood cabinetry found in most baths.

Look to your flooring as another medium for bringing a splash of color into a room. I painted my own unfinished concrete bathroom floor a similar hue and it makes me smile every time I’m in the space. It’s meant to be a temporary fix until we can remodel, but I definitely want to incorporate the color into the final design.
The dark gray tile on the walls here gives the room a high-end, elegant feel, a nice contrast to the fun, contemporary floor color.

For a similar green, try Citrus Tickle from Valspar.
If you prefer a less eye-popping color, try out a toned-down yellow green such as the soft celery hue featured here. It has a soothing, clean and fresh appeal, especially when paired with plenty of white.

I tend to be drawn to spaces with minimal ornamentation and clutter, but a space deprived of oodles of accessories can sometimes appear a bit stark. One way to avoid this is to use lots of pleasing color to move the eye around the space. These colors taken from nature are especially good for bringing in a warm and inviting vibe.
For a similar green, try Perennial from Benjamin Moore.

I love green in the bathroom. I renovated my bath with new sink with storage and light fixture and picked this leaf green paint.
Love bright greens, but in a touch only because if all 4 walls are painted green your reflexion in the mirror will make you look ill...so careful with greens in bathroom.
