Using high fat Greek yogurt

subrosa

Company just left and I have three large cartons of high fat (11% BF) Greek yogurt to use up, two cartons are still unopened.

I don't like yogurt myself but will use it up in loaf cakes if I can find some recipes. (no smoothies, salad dressings, etc.) I use butter, sour cream, coconut oil - nothing low fat, no vegetable oil, margarine or the like. It's hard to find recipes that are not low-fat.

I will probably end up freezing in 1 cup quantities and throwing it out a few months from now. Hate to waste it though. Any suggestions? How to substitute for sour cream or lowfat yogurt?
