Using the Food Saver for my Stuffed Cabbage

Made SC for the first time yesterday and it turned out just like mom's -- I was very pleased.

I'd like to freeze the leftovers using my hardly used FS -- can someone give me tips?

Do I have to pre-freeze it in a container?

If so, how do I get it out of the container after it freezes?

Should I freeze the juice (I cooked it in tomato juice) separately?
