Watch 'America's Got Talent' tonight because...

Max's biological cousin might be in it. I'm still confused about what exactly she will be doing but her mom wrote on Facebook... "She'll be the one in the purple/maroonish leotard with a male partner up in the air LOL! I'm not sure what they will cut and what they will show...but she might be in interviews as well."

Her name is Ashley. We're hoping she made the cut and we're hoping they don't make her look bad. LOL! Course, if there's any specific leaks at all, she'll be off the show, no matter.

Ashley grew up here and I've known her since she was a baby. I'm wishing her luck. I don't generally watch the show but I will be watching tonight.

Dh was watching the show (recorded) while I'm in the kitchen catching bits of it. How far into the show did she appear? How did she do? DH is walking the dog now so we had to pause it and will watch the rest when he gets back. He loves this show, I only watch when someone is good because the bad acts make me wince. I'll tell him to look for her and then I'll watch.

Howey Mandell is doing a much better job than Hasselhof, I couldn't stand that guy with his "you're great MAN, you can do it MAN". Howey is far more entertaining, very funny guy.

I only "watched"... not listened ...to his show ONCE on late night TV... I have no idea why, but the TV version was just a live recording of his radio show...sorta like they used to do with Don Imus in the morning. SMUT is the correct term. PORN would also work. Not even gonna tune in. Tired of nothing on TV being able to be watched as a family.

Grimm was spectacular. I love his look, his voice, and his genuine sole. I really hope he does well and makes something of himself from this show. It seems like he's had a hard life. My biggest worry is that people may look at him as "another singer/guitarist" like last year's winner and not want the same ole, same ole to win. I surely hope not though. If I was a record mogul, I'd sign him tomorrow. OMG, I love Howie on the show. He's a perfect fit and enjoyable to watch on the show.

I don't know if everyone sees a previous show before the new show, but here we do. So on last night's replay, I got to see this charming 8 yr. old girl from Amarillo; she was at the Houston auditions. She played the piano and sang Proud Mary..what fun she is..she is one happy child and made everyone laugh and smile. :) I enjoyed the postal workers also.

Graywings, thank you for the heads up about the show. I finally got a chance to watch it last night and you were right, it was really good. So good in fact that it caught my husbands attention and he never watches these types of shows. All of a sudden he was sitting down watching it with me. When it was done, he asked me to record the program so he can see if his favorite act wins. Oven Mits was hilarious, 13 year old gave us good bumps as well, DH was stunned, the 6 year old was just too cute for words and the japanese guy's act was captivating, couldn't take my eyes off the tv. I didn't watch the scissors thing, can't stomach that kind of stuff but I even found the last act where the guy jumped into the pool to be funny only because of the reactions from the judges and audiance. It was really fun to watch.

I saw her! She and her male partner did an acrobatic act in the air, on a trapeze-y thing. They didn't show the entire act; it was one of those where they just showed a clip of it and indicated that they did move on to the next round in Las Vegas. How fun :-)

And yes, Howie is a great improvement!

Flying flower, they just showed a very shortened version of her act but she was in the Ariel Act. They made it through to Las Vegas. She is very cute! She introduced herself, saying 'Ashleigh Dejoun'.

I taped it then fast forwarded it through most of it. The veterans choir was beautiful and very timely.

We saw them! Too bad we didn't get to see their entire act but we will next week. She was bouncing all over the place when they passed them through to the next round! They're definitely fit, holy cow did you see his abdomen?

Oh good, I like having someone to root for! Go ASHLEY! :)

I find it strange to know someone performing. I admit to never watching this program. I find much of the show weird. The young man, Michael, initially auditioned by himself, apparently using a tape that had bits of him performing with Ashleigh. The show asked Michael to bring her into his act for interest. It's my understanding that Michael lives in LA. Ashleigh just finished rebuilding her home (locally) after a Christmas Day fire (year ago Xmas) gutted her old house. Her mom explained that one room in her new house has very high ceilings and is dedicated to [whatever this arial medium is called].

I'll watch it until they are eliminated, unless I get hooked.
